Frequently asked questions about AirPods repair
The most common questions from our clients
Why is one earbud quieter than the other?
The most common cause is mesh clogged with earwax and dust. In most cases a professional cleaning fixes it without any electronics work.
Can the battery in the AirPods earbuds be replaced?
No. AirPods are structurally sealed: the housing is glued and the internal battery is permanently integrated by Apple. We only replace the battery in the charging case – the second most common reason for fast drain.
Do you service AirPods Max?
We work with AirPods Max within the scope of service: replacing cushions, cleaning the headband and contacts, and helping with diagnostics and pairing. We don't do internal electronics or logic board work.
What if the AirPods disappear from Bluetooth?
Bring the earbuds and the case in – we run diagnostics, reset them and re-pair them with your Apple ID. Most cases are resolved in 15–30 minutes.
Does cleaning help after sweat or rain?
If you come to us right away – yes. We dry, clean the mesh and the ports. If moisture has reached the internal electronics, unfortunately we can't help.
