Balkan HUB is an independent Apple service center located at Zahumska 23 in Belgrade's Zvezdara district, Serbia. We specialize in modular repair of all Apple devices: iPhone (model 6 onwards), MacBook Pro, Air, iMac, every iPad generation, Apple Watch (Series 3 and later), and AirPods. Operating since 2024, our team consists of technicians with extensive Apple hardware experience. We use only original and certified parts. Standard modular repairs take 2–3 hours, and all work carries up to 90 days warranty. Beyond repair, we offer device buyback, trade-in, and a curated selection of certified pre-owned Apple products. We serve clients in Russian, Serbian, and English – a large part of our clientele are Russian-speaking expats and locals in Belgrade.

Opening in Belgrade
Balkan HUB opens as a service for Russian-speaking expats in Belgrade. First location at Zahumska 23 in the Zvezdara district. Focus on iPhone and Mac repair – the most in-demand devices in the community. First clients come through Russian-speaking Telegram channels and word of mouth. We build a loyal client base and refine our modular repair processes.
Service expansion
We launch a device buyback and trade-in program. Express repair and overnight service added for urgent cases. Expanding the lineup: iPad, Apple Watch and AirPods. We establish supply channels for original and certified parts from verified suppliers. We begin serving Serbian- and English-speaking clients – the service goes multilingual.
New site and next phase
We launch a trilingual website with a knowledge base, Apple device maintenance guides and a buyback calculator. We integrate AI into our internal processes and project infrastructure. We plan expansion to other Serbian cities – Novi Sad, Nis – and are building a partner network for cases that go beyond modular repair.
