A dedicated Telegram contact for all company requests. No need to explain who you are and how many devices you have every time.

SLA on turnaround

We fix maximum turnaround times by repair type in the contract. If we miss them, penalties are on us.

Scheduled maintenance

Quarterly preventive care: cleaning, thermal paste replacement on MacBooks, diagnostics, upgrade recommendations.

Official paperwork

Contract, invoices, completion reports. Non-cash payment in RSD or EUR as you prefer.

How we start a partnership

Message us on Telegram with a short description of the company and fleet size. We will set up a call or meeting.

Inventory

2–5 days

We inspect the devices, compile a condition report, and recommend maintenance and critical component replacements.

Agreement

1–3 days

We agree on scope, pricing, SLA and schedule. We sign a contract so everything is official from day one.

Priority repairs, scheduled maintenance, consultations on buying new devices – all through one manager.

What the service covers

Modular repair, cleaning and maintenance only. We do not do logic board work – for those cases we refer to trusted partners.

What we do

  • Replacement of screens, batteries, connectors, MacBook keyboards
  • Cleaning, thermal paste replacement, preventive care
  • SSD replacement on modular models
  • Post-liquid service: disassembly, drying, cleaning, replacement of damaged modules
  • Performance diagnostics and recommendations
  • Setup and data migration during upgrades

What we do not do

  • Logic board work – BGA, reball, trace repair
  • Repair of components integrated with the logic board (SSD on M1–M4)
  • Firmware recovery at chip level
  • Cryptographic operations with Activation Lock / MDM
