Which devices do you buy back?
iPhone, iPad, MacBook, iMac, Mac mini, Apple Watch and AirPods. We accept devices in any condition – from mint to non-working.
Do you buy back faulty devices?
Yes. Even if the device doesn't turn on or needs serious repair, we often still have an offer. Send photos and describe the issue – we'll price it up.
What about iCloud / Activation Lock?
We buy devices with active Activation Lock for parts only. Tell us about the lock before the meeting: the offer depends on the model and usable components. To sell it as a working device, remove the lock using your own Apple Account. We do not need your passwords or verification codes.
How does the payout work?
Cash in EUR or RSD, or bank transfer – your choice. We pay out immediately after signing the handover document.
Do I need any documents?
For a legitimate buyback, we ask for ID – standard practice for any legal service. Nothing else is required.

Before you sell your device
How we assess your device
Tell us the model, storage, condition and known faults. Photos of the casing and screen help assess wear, while repair history reduces surprises at the meeting. A quote based on your description is preliminary: we agree the final amount after inspection. You can type your model directly into the request form.
Preparation and personal data
Back up the data you need first. If selling the device as working, turn off Find My and remove Activation Lock using your own account, then erase personal data. If the lock cannot be removed, say so in the request: we can only buy it for parts. Enter passwords and codes yourself.
Repair or sell
Before repairing a device just to sell it, compare the repair cost with the possible increase in its buyback value. A new screen or battery may not pay for itself. Describe the fault and request a quote for its current condition; repair prices are available separately. If you want another device instead of a payout, see the trade-in terms.
