Which devices do you buy back?
iPhone, iPad, MacBook, iMac, Mac mini, Apple Watch and AirPods. We accept devices in any condition – from mint to non-working.
Do you buy back faulty devices?
Yes. Even if the device doesn't turn on or needs serious repair, we often still have an offer. Send photos and describe the issue – we'll price it up.
What about iCloud / Activation Lock?
The device must be unlinked from your Apple ID before the sale. If you have access to your Apple ID, we'll help you do it right at the service. If the device is locked, the quote is separate and usually lower.
How does the payout work?
Cash in EUR or RSD, or bank transfer – your choice. We pay out immediately after signing the handover document.
Do I need any documents?
For a legitimate buyback, we ask for ID – standard practice for any legal service. Nothing else is required.
