Repairs
Parts, supported devices, data and complex cases
We only work with original and high-quality certified parts. Popular models are in stock; rarer ones take 1–3 days to deliver, sometimes from other countries.
All of them: iPhone (from iPhone 6 onward), all MacBooks, iMac, Mac mini, Mac Pro, all iPads, Apple Watch (Series 3 onward), AirPods of all generations including Max. For very old models, check with us – sometimes it is a question of parts availability.
In most modular repairs (screen, battery, connector) your data stays intact – we do not need to access it. For complex cases (such as cleaning after liquid damage) we warn you about risks upfront and back up your data if possible.
Yes. We disassemble, carefully dry and clean the device, and replace any damaged modules. The sooner you bring it in after a spill, the better the chance of saving it. Express and overnight service is available. Liquid damage diagnostics is paid, but deducted from the service cost if you proceed. We do not do logic board work.
Yes, with caveats. Diagnostics of such cases is paid (opening the device shows what was done). We will honestly tell you whether it can be fixed and how much it costs. Our warranty covers only our work, not traces of previous repairs.
Timing and urgency
Turnaround times, express and overnight service
Standard modular repairs (screen, battery, connector) take 1–3 hours. MacBook keyboards and complex assemblies take 1–2 days. Cleaning and servicing after liquid damage takes 1–3 days including diagnostics. Exact timing is confirmed after inspection.
Yes. For an additional fee we handle your device ahead of the queue – useful if you need it by tonight or tomorrow morning. We agree on details when booking via Telegram.
For emergencies – yes, most often for liquid-damaged devices where every hour matters. It is not a standard service, we arrange it individually over Telegram.
Pricing and payment
How we price, currencies and payment methods
Price = part cost + labor. Base prices are listed on device pages and in the Pricing section. The exact amount is confirmed after inspection – sometimes it is cheaper if the problem is simpler than expected. No hidden charges after you approve the quote.
Repairs are in Serbian dinars (RSD) at the current rate. Sales and accessories are usually in euros (EUR). We accept both and convert to whichever is more convenient for you.
Yes, we accept cash, cards (Visa, Mastercard) and bank transfer. For B2B – invoice and non-cash payment.
Yes: for returning customers, multiple devices repaired at once, students, and trade-in (discount on a new device when you hand in your old one). Just ask on Telegram.
Device buyback
Trade-in, estimate, broken devices and payout
All Apple devices: iPhone, MacBook, iMac, Mac mini, iPad, Apple Watch, AirPods. Working or broken. Get a quote over Telegram: send the model, IMEI/serial, photos and describe the condition.
Yes. Prices are lower than for working ones, but there is always an offer – even heavily damaged devices have value (parts, secondary market). Describe the issue on Telegram and we will give you a fair estimate.
Yes, it is mandatory. We do not accept devices with active iCloud Lock – that is the law and common sense. Before your visit: Settings → Apple ID → Find My → turn off. For MacBook – sign out of Apple ID in settings.
Immediately after the device is verified – cash (RSD or EUR, as you prefer) or bank transfer. No delays, no deposits.
Warranty
Warranty period and coverage
Up to 90 days on all modular repairs (screen, battery, connectors, camera). Water damage repair – 30 days (liquid cases are harder to guarantee long-term). Warranty covers our work and the parts we install.
Bring it back – we will look at it for free. If it is our work or our part, we redo or replace it at no charge. If it turns out to be a different issue, we will tell you honestly and agree on a new repair.
New devices – full manufacturer warranty (1 year from Apple). Used devices (including post-service ones) – our warranty up to 90 days. All terms are written down at purchase.

Working with companies, contracts and device fleets
Yes. We have experience with IT companies, coworking spaces and remote teams. We offer priority service, volume discounts and a single point of contact. Details on /business or over Telegram.
Yes, we sign service contracts: regular maintenance, fixed prices, SLA on turnaround. Payment by bank transfer, invoices and closing documents – all official.
Yes. We take on MacBook and iPhone fleets for maintenance: inventory, diagnostics, preventive service, emergency repairs. Convenient for startups and studios with 10+ devices.
