What data we collect
When you contact our service, we request the minimum information needed to perform the service: your name or alias (for order identification), contact details (phone number, Telegram, or email – for repair status updates), and the device model and serial number / IMEI (for accurate diagnostics and parts ordering). When buying back a device, we additionally request an identity document – this is required by Serbian law for secondary electronics trade.
Website analytics
We use Plausible Analytics – a cookieless analytics tool that does not collect personal data, does not set cookies, and does not track individual user behavior. Plausible collects only aggregate visit statistics (page views, traffic sources, popular pages) without linking to specific individuals. Learn more at plausible.io/privacy-focused-web-analytics.
How we use data
Collected data is used exclusively to perform the services you ordered: processing and tracking repairs, communicating repair status, ordering necessary parts, issuing warranty certificates, and documenting buyback transactions. We do not use your data for marketing, newsletters, or advertising without your explicit consent.
Sharing with third parties
We do not transfer, sell, or provide your personal data to third parties. Exceptions: when required by law (law enforcement requests), or when necessary to perform the service (e.g., checking Apple ID status through official Apple channels – with your consent).
Data storage and protection
Order data is stored in a secure record-keeping system. We take reasonable technical measures to protect data from unauthorized access. Data from completed orders is stored for no more than 12 months after order closure, unless longer retention is required for warranty service.
Your rights
Under the Serbian Personal Data Protection Act (ZZPL), you have the right to: request information about your data that we store; demand correction of inaccurate data; demand deletion of your data (except data needed for warranty obligations); and withdraw consent for data processing.
