Repair warranty up to 90 days

We stand behind every repair. Up to 90 days on modular work, 30 days on liquid damage repairs. If something goes wrong, we will fix it for free.

Warranty periods

The period depends on the type of work. Terms are fair – no 1-day warranties or similar tricks.

Modular repairs
up to 90 days

Screen, battery, connector, camera, speaker, microphone replacements. Both the work and the installed parts are covered.

Liquid damage repair
30 days

Shorter period because liquid damage can cause delayed issues. We are upfront about this from the start.

Shop devices
up to 90 days

For used devices (including post-service ones). New devices come with the full Apple 1-year warranty.

What the warranty covers

We are responsible for the quality of our work and the parts we install.

  • Workmanship quality – assembly, adhesive, component alignment
  • Installed parts – if they fail without external damage
  • Restored functionality – if what should work after our repair does not
  • Factory-defective parts – free replacement with an equivalent component

What the warranty does not cover

For transparency, these are the cases where the warranty does not apply.

  • New physical damage – drops, impacts, cracks that appeared after our repair
  • Repeated liquid damage – if the device got wet again after the repair
  • Third-party intervention – if the device was opened elsewhere after our work, the warranty is voided
  • Software issues – iOS/macOS bugs unrelated to hardware
  • Natural battery wear – we guarantee functionality, but some degradation over time is normal
Important

The warranty covers only our work and the parts we installed. If the device was opened at another service between visits, the warranty is voided. This is standard practice.

How to claim the warranty

A simple process with no bureaucracy. The main thing is to keep your receipt or Telegram chat history.

Message us on Telegram

Describe the problem and send a photo. We will immediately know if it is related to our repair.

Bring the device in

We agree on time and place. Come during business hours or we can arrange otherwise.

Free diagnostics

We figure out what happened. If it is a warranty case – free. If not – we explain honestly and offer options.

Redo or replace

We fix the cause at no extra charge. New part, reassembly, tuning – all on us.
